Duluth: 10-0-1
Fusion: 8-2-1
Duluth FC will return home July 8th to complete their 2023 NPSL North regular season with a rematch against the Dakota Fusion. Duluth are unbeaten this season in both league and overall play, holding an eleven match unbeaten streak in NPSL play and a twelve game unbeaten streak in all competitions.
Duluth’s last game against the Fusion, played in Moorhead, MN, ended in a 5-1 win for the BlueGreens. That game was six games into the season and six games later, a Fusion side that is second in the North will hope to flip the script.
This game will mark the end of a three-game road run for Duluth FC, which included a 1-0 win against the Sioux Falls Thunder, a 3-1 win against Joy Athletic, and a 1-1 draw against Med City. The BlueGreens’ last home game was a 6-1 win against the TwinStars.
Duluth has twelve goal scorers so far this season, with Tyler Limmer leading the pack at eight goals (seven in NPSL play). He is the only BlueGreen with a goal in the Minnesota Super Cup, the second game of which Duluth will play in Minneapolis on July 18.
The BlueGreens look forward to starting their pathway to the playoffs on Saturday as they conclude their regular season right at home at Public Schools Stadium. We hope you join us as we reach the next chapter of bringing the beautiful game to the beautiful city this season.
