Duluth FC welcomed La Crosse Aris to PSS on Saturday, June 10, looking to add a seventh win to their season, a mission they went about successfully with an action-packed performance that puts the BlueGreens ever-closer to confirming their presence as the number one seed in the new NPSL North playoff structure.

The road to victory started with a fifth minute goal from Tyler Limmer, who finished off a counterattack started by Liam Pritchard to make it 1-0 in the fifth minute. That goal was all that separated the two teams at halftime.

Conor Behan added a second goal over twenty minutes into the second half, running onto a ball in the box from Jake Starling and slotting home his first goal of the season. The Irishman became Duluth’s ninth goalscorer of the 2023 season.

Felipe Santos did well to find space in the box amid a BlueGreens attack, receiving a pass and finishing his first goal of the season to quickly make it ten goalscorers for Duluth FC. Andres Solares scored a penalty for Duluth in the 79th minute, scoring his first goal for the club in his second season for the club. A final goal came after Felipe Santos pressed high and created a turnover for Duluth, scoring quickly to complete a brace. Duluth confirmed the win there, their seventh of the season.

It was a sound performance from front to back for Duluth. The club added another clean sheet for the season, still having conceded just two goals in seven games. They also added three new goal scorers for the year, expanding their impressive set of scoring options.
