Duluth FC will host Joy Athletic in a midweek season opener this Wednesday as both teams kick off their latest NPSL seasons. It will be Duluth’s second game of the season following a US Open Cup game earlier this season against Forward Madison. Joy Athletic are one of the more experienced sides in the NPSL North this season. The conference has two new teams, Siouxland and the Minnesota Blizzard, in addition to the departure of co-founding club Med City.
With a roster featuring some of your favorites from the 2023 season as well as new faces, Duluth will once again be led by former-player turned manager Sean Morgan. Morgan will lead the BlueGreens from the sideline for the fourth-consecutive season, having led the club to highly-competitive finishes each time.
